You will be close to Hill Country wine tasting or hiking as well as close enough to enjoy many activities in Austin.SETTING–This home has a very private, quiet and scenic setting located on the North Shore of Lake Travis. The decks look out from our large cove into the main lake towards Hudson’s Bend and Emerald Point. Watching the sunrise from any room in the house is breathtaking!WATERFRONT–Located directly on deep water Lake Travis, our waterfront retreat is a great location for all types of water sports. Steps lead directly from the house down to the private boat dock. Bring your boat or personal watercraft, launch it at the private ramp right next to the property and tie up at the dock for your stay. The boat launch does go dry once water levels are below 665 ft. above MSL but the dock never does. Arkansas Bend Park is 5 min up the road and also has a very nice launch area.BOAT DOCK–The covered aluminium boat dock is 25′ by 30′ with an 8′ by 30′ upper level sun deck. Located in 90 feet of water so it never goes dry.
