Heavens Gate in ‘The Grand’** Attention** Every year Jan, Feb, March, April are not available.We are located in a 45+ YEAR OLD community called ‘The Grand’. (NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED) Our lovely home is 1300 Sq. Ft with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. It is extremely comfortable & has everything you’ll need! Option of using our golf cart with your 30 day lease for additional $350 per monthYou’ll be very close to the ‘Adobe Center’ (Has Access Fees) which has 3 pools, a large gym, an indoor walking track & very close to ‘The Grand Cafe’ & ” Maple & Rye’ RestaurantThe spaceWe’ve made nice updates of granite counter tops in the Kitchen and bathrooms. It is decorated with original art by my husband ‘Greg’ ~ It is very comfy & cozy. The back patio is great in the AM for a cup of coffee and the front patio is wonderful for a night cap!Guest access has our entire homeOther things to noteThere are additional fee’s to access the pool, gym, & discounted golf prices etc. (price depends on the length of your stay)1-3 months $200 per person4-6 months $300 per person7-12 months $500 per personUtility’s included with a $100 cap on the electricity from June through October .**Every year Jan, Feb, March, April & November are not available**
