Permit Number: 2200181The Space: As you step through the front door you are welcomed by a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with professional-grade Thermador appliances, including a six-burner range and an open floor plan living space overlooking the ocean. The living space features a dining table that seats eight people as well as island seating for four. Here, you will also find a comfortable living room to lounge in with a 55′ smart TV with cable and streaming services. Enjoy the expansive screened-in porch with a plush patio set and a table that seats ten.Off of the living space are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is appointed with a California king bed and 33″ smart TV, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The two are connected by a bathroom with a separate water closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, while the fourth guest room features two twin beds. An adjacent second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.Upstairs, the fifth bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed. There is an adjacent bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Here you will find another family room that features vaulted ceilings and a 50″ smart TV with cable and streaming services. The balcony off of this living space is the best place in the house to watch the sunrise and sunset.The back patio has a three-burner gas grill and space for alfresco dining. One of the best features of this home can be found here as well: The private beach access! Enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower as well as a washing station after a long day at the beach.Additional features include an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. There is a large washer/dryer on the first floor and a stackable washer dryer on the second floor. Parking is available for up to three cars between the driveway and the garage.
