It’s open floor plan allows you to plan comfortable family gatherings.The 2650 sq. ft Hemingway Cottage can accommodate 8 guests, or can be combined with the adjacent 750 sq. ft Hemingway Carriage House (4 guests) for maximum occupancy of 12. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor include a master with a King bed and private bath, as well as a Queen bedroom with a full bath. The rooms share a large private porch facing the Gulf. The second floor features a gourmet-style kitchen, which opens to the spacious great room and dining area made more spectacular by the 6 French doors and full-length balcony, truly the centerpiece of the house. The third floor contains the main master suite, as well as an additional set of bunk beds. The master suite is furnished with a King bed, and a private sitting area for you to relax after a long day on the beach. The exquisite master bath boasts a large soaking tub with travertine deck, and large walk-in shower.
