Tucked in the woods in a gated community with plenty of amenities to please every member of your family, you will enjoy feeling far away from everyone while being just minutes from downtown Ellijay. This community has an abundance of wildlife that wander through the woods. You can enjoy watching deer from the comfort of your rental or while relaxing on the back porch! Just minutes from Carters Lake, Ellijay is a quaint and relaxed mountain town located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain Range. Ellijay has a variety of restaurants, shopping, seasonal events and fabulous local wineries!You and your guests will enjoy everything that this gated community has to offer. Coosawattee River Resort is over 6,500 acres and has direct access to fishing, tubing, rafting, kayaking and canoeing. Bring what you want to use and we can direct you to where within the community you can go to enjoy your sport of choice! There is a Recreation Center with a full gym, indoor heated Olympic size pool, Arcade for the kids, Tennis, Basketball and Pickelball courts, Putt Putt course, Sundeck, Playground and more!
