Description
This is an amazing HUGE unique property. It is one large house that has 3 separate units with their own access to enter. That means 3 living rooms and also 3 fully stocked kitchens with all plate-ware, cookware, silverware, etc! There are no wine glasses so please plan accordingly. What a great way for family and friends to come together but also able to retire to their own space when needed. This property boasts beautiful mountain views and has the feel of the country yet still close to the city. Come give it a try!Home Layout:The main home sits on the right and it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the left side of the home and there is 1 bedroom closer to the kitchen. There is a living area in the middle of the home and a large dining room/sunroom over by the kitchen. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, the room next to it has a queen bed, then down the hall the bedroom has a bunk bed (full on bottom twin on top) and lastly, the bedroom closer to the livingroom/kitchen has a queen bed.Attached to the main home is the upstairs and downstairs newly renovated addition. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size beds. The kitchen and living room is an open space concept with lots of seating in the dining area and a large L shaped couch in the living room. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed.The downstairs basement unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed.Each unit has a kitchen fully stocked with plateware, glassware and cookware. We provide a medium roast and a dark roast coffee with a Keurig coffee maker in each kitchen.I hope this description of the home helps you visualize the layout of the home!**Please note; the Goats are seasonally on the property. They will not ALWAYS be there. The owner moves them back and forth between pastures to keep the weed growth down. All photos of the goats have been removed, but we are not able to remove reviews.**This property sits on top of a hill. There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available.
