The home has instant access to the Sea Pines bike and leisure trails. The trail that goes to the beach is one that is private and secluded, unlike others that are very crowded.There is state of the art technology everywhere you look with Alexa© pucks, Sonos© speakers, smart TVs with Spectrum© premium cable, complimentary Netflix©, and 3-zones of HVAC control panels. All of the bathrooms are stocked with Beekman 1802 designer amenities. EV car charger is available upon request. The kitchen is stocked with all small appliances needed.Included in the rental are 6+ backpack beach chairs, and plush beach towels for everybody. 6 free adult cruiser bikes are included and any additional bikes at a 20% discount.The driveway can accommodate 6 or more vehicles and has a 2-car garage. The 3rd garage has a ping-pong table. An EV charging cable can be provided upon request.
