The gardens welcome birds and butterflies in our three large separate garden areas. The back yard is ready for grilling, or eating with easy access to the kitchen. Whether indoor or out – this property has it all.Guest accessThe entire property is fenced on all sides. Outside the fencing and the plentiful seating areas, there is a separate gate from the main road to a small studio guesthouse, with its own private fencing. They have no direct access to any of the main house, though the main house can rent the studio as well, listed as Hermosillo Pequeno. Adding this is perfect for another family, separate guests, or support staff.Other things to noteThe waterfalls help cover the sound of cars on Hot Springs Road during the day. The street is fairly quiet in the evenings and night, and early mornings. The neighborhood is generally quiet, with considerate neighbors. We appreciate the same from our guests.
