Upon booking, please send a driver’s name and how many car passes you will need. If the host did not get the above information, you must purchase a daily ($10) or weekly ($20) pass. You will pick these passes up at the Sea Pines Welcome Center (large building to the right of the gate).You will receive check-in instructions via email from VRBO a few days before your arrival. These instructions will be available anytime in the app in your reservation under “Check-In Instructions”.Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage ONLY. NO parking on the grass, roadside, or in the pinestraw. Sea Pines actively enforces this and can fine for these violations.Other things to noteLandscapers come every Friday to maintain the grounds.The trash company comes every Wednesday and Saturday to get trash bags out of the bins located in the service yard. The trash MUST be placed in bags in order for them to take it.
