The unit is an accessory dwelling unit with off-street parking and private entrance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full size kitchen, all cooking supplies, a washer and dryer, and cable TV. The city of Monterey requires that we only rent once during a 30 day period… so you can stay for less time but we have to block out the entire month.
