This spacious home is great for a family getaway. Location location! Location! Located one block from Ventura Boulevard, walking distance to popular sushi restaurants, and many more dining places. Pretty much everything at your fingertips in the heart of the city. Most importantly Universal Studios is less than 2 miles away, LAX is 25 miles away, Burbank Airport is less than 6 miles away, & Hollywood is roughly a 15 min drive.Our home is a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths, a living room, dining room and a sitting viewing room. The kitchen has all high end appliances and is a chefs paradise. Bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of closet space. The garden is a zen and peaceful retreat with a fountain and outside grill.Residential street parking only – 2 parking passes will be provided. Check in details and parking pass location is provided the morning of check in.
