Decorated with wildlife decor, this cottage gives you the relaxation and comfort of a peaceful vacation! Fully equipped, all you need to bring is food and clothes. All rooms have satellite TV and DVD players. Relax watching the sunset on the spacious deck while grilling. 2 bedrooms (K&Q) , sleep sofa, and air mattress if needed. 2 docks and boat lift (boat lift currently broken but shelter is available to park boat under) Enjoy the day on one of the 10 kayaks or 5 person pedal boat available (life jackets provided) . All water activities are at your OWN RISK. Owners will not be responsible for any accidents. 3 adult bicycles available.Corn hole boards for outdoor fun by the concrete firepit! Located on Johnsons creek on the Chickahomony River.WIFI is available at no extra charge. Sometimes depending on weather wifi could be spotty. Guests are responsible for the portable router. If lost or damaged, there will be a $200 charge for the device. Due to travelers with allergies this is a pet free home, No exceptions.
