This Tigertail Beachfront penthouse has amazing views which cover the expanse of Collier Bay from the east to the south and west, to Tigertail Beach and Lagoon on the west and north. The Gulf can bee seen on the coast of the island. The condo is in the private gated community of Hideaway Beach which comprises 133 acres of homes, condos, and landscaped walks, a nine hole golf course, and large areas of wild mangrove. Hideaway Beach is a private Club, to which you become a member during your stay. The Club offers activities including a gym, yoga classes, a bocce league, tennis, and pickleball. The beach offers paddleboard and kayak storage. There are lectures by guest speakers from the local college for intellectual stimulation. You will have dedicated covered parking, outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor grills are available in the pool area. Watch the dolphins and manatees in Tigertail Lagoon from the windows of your penthouse, or stroll down to the beach and see them up close. The birdlife is some of the richest in North America. Enjoy dining in the four restaurants which range from beach casual to dressy. Each week there is a variety of different food and wine events for guests. The Hideaway Beach Club amenities can be viewed in detail at the Hideaway Beach Club website.The rental is a minimum of two months for the winter season of 2023-2024. There is a discount of 20% for the third month and 25% for the fourth month. A long term lease will be signed between guests and owners. As a background check by the HOA is necessary, it may take longer than the 24 hours that VRBO allows to confirm yur booking. Cleaning will be prepaid by the lessee and completed by the owner’s cleaners every other week.The penthouse has three ensuite bedrooms and a sofa bed in the study. Occupancy is limited to six adult guests. Please inquire about children and events. No pets are permitted.
