Malvern Hills Station is the perfect spot to have your own little private home in the city. Its so easy at Malvern Hills Station. This is convenience and charm at its best!The spaceThis detached apartment is located beside the hosts home. The driveway is shared, and there is an off street parking space for guests. The apartment is located to the right of the driveway, above the garage, and there are stairs that lead up to your front door. The entry door is around the back of the apartment from the parking area. The property is shared with the owner’s main house, but everything in the rental is separate and for guest’s private use only.Guest accessGuests have entire apartment to themselves, this is a completely detached building and offers peace, quiet, and privacy in the city. Parking for 1 vehicle is to the left of the garage door, facing the main house. Do not block garage door when parking. Do not drive or park on rock walkway. Additional street parking is located on Madeline Avenue.Other things to noteThis fully equipped rental has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, and basic kitchen utensils. There is no stove or hotplate for cooking. We also provide towels, sheets, wash cloths, and some toiletries.
