Welcome to our Hideaway In The Nickle located in the redeveloping Historic Greater 5th Ward! This beautiful new construction features 3 bedroom/2 bath with private driveway parking and a outdoor getaway to enjoy the sun! We are just 5 minutes to downtown with instant access to I-10 freeway.****** Please know we removed the small tank pool in the yard and upgraded with a 6 seater hot tub. You’ll love it!!*********CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:(My cleaners are using antiseptic and antibacterial products to fight COVID-19; they are being extra diligent in sanitizing the rooms including – bathrooms, door handles, desk table and chairs, light switches, remote, safety latches and locks, common areas. We have enhanced our cleaning protocols to include additional sanitation and cleaning routines. This enhanced cleaning protocol increases the cleaning and sanitization of high-touch areas that affect guests and employees. Safety during this trying time is of the highest priority in our home.)The spaceThe home is located in the Historic Greater 5th Ward near I-10 freeway, and is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to major attractions within the city.The space allows for small gatherings but any group size over our limit of 8 must be negotiated or anyone extra will be evicted. We monitor incoming traffic with external security cameras.
