Higgins Lake – Relax, Swim, Ride, Boat, Fish!!!This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath family house is located approx. 6 houses from beautiful higgins lake.***not on water***Right around corner from the silver dollar barYou have access to a long association dock to enjoy (pictures). There is a large living room great for entertaining with sliding glass doors to the side patio, firepit, side and backyard. The kitchen is also very large and a joy to cook in. You will have all the supplies you need. A deck out front makes for a excellent place for a cup of coffee or a night time cocktail. This is a perfect area for any water activities, walking, golf, snowmobiling, biking and just relaxing. There are 6+ golf courses in the area in addition to a small par 3 course in Houghton Lake. Also, there are miles and miles of snowmobile trails to enjoy! Grayling is only a 10 minute drive away, which is home to the beautiful AuSable River and plenty of activities including great food, fishing and canoeing. There are plenty of yard games in garage and a grill to use. Additionally, plenty of room in garage to store your toys you bring with you. You will love our cabin, just as much as we do!Weekly rentals are required in June, July and August**********please bring your own beach towels*********
