We want you to feel at home in our modern, squeaky clean, and beautifully decorated home located in a quiet and safe community. You’ll find all the comforts of home in a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a BBQ grill to enjoy dining outdoors. You’ll love the super comfy KING size beds with luxurious sheets, extra pillows, extra-large towels, next to the bed reading lamps, two flat screen HD-TVs with PREMIUM cable (way better than basic). There’s also a DVD player and High speed wireless internet! If you need to take care of business while you’re away from home, we’ve got you covered with a desk, laser printer, paper shredder and office supplies. You’ll totally appreciate the split bedroom design for the ultimate privacy and each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. The Master en suite has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and private toilet room. Book a minimum 30 night stay and you’ll benefit from a much lower AZ tax rate (2.2%) as opposed to 13.99% transient tax that you’d pay elsewhere for a shorter stay. That tax difference can SAVE you HUNDREDS of dollars!Bring your small to medium size furry family member with you! There is a $200 per pet additional pet cleaning fee.Have friends that wanna visit or stay with you while you’re in Arizona? There’s a Casita (optional detached, separate mini-suite with kitchenette and private bathroom) is available to rent for an additional fee when you book the house.
