Bed includes multiple pillows and duvet. Room has large mirror and multiple method for setting up your personal belongings during your stay.Living room includes 58′ HD Smart TV and queen sized sofa bed. Linens and duvet are available for setting up the second bed.Kitchen includes pots, pans, silverware and cups/glasses. Fridge includes brota for easy access to water. Coffee is available in the kitchen counter area.Balcony area is covered with turf and includes chairs and bench for seating. Full view of the sunset!Bathroom includes tub shower.Guest access:By booking with us you get access to the full apartment. Exception is the walking closet in the bedroom, which is not a guest amenity. However, this is a major city downtown so please act accordingly.Getting around:Parking is NOT included with your rental. There’s a few lots next to or across from the building that can run between $15 to $30 a day depending on events in the area and if you prefer covered parking.There is a parking lot 2 blocks away at 333 W Peachtree St NW Parking which is the cheapest option for $5 parking good till midnight or 4AM. We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle and this is a major city downtown area, please act accordingly.
