It has 3 parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, and a breakfast bar that sits 3, 54″ TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level.Quiet hour per city ordinance no noise that can be heard at a neighboring property and quiet hour is 10pm.Per the city of Virginia Beach’s guidelines no more than 3 cars per booking and cars must be parked in the driveway!No smoking, $200 fee if the house smells like smoke of any kindNo Parties or events, $500 fee & Immediate cancellationWe do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
