Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.- Pets are allowed with written permission only, with a maximum of two pets and a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.- Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above.- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost.
