If you come in through Stoddard you will have to turn around and go all the way around the lake.The owner lives next door and occasionally needs access to the basement which is accessible from outside. Besides that guest have complete privacy and access to the lake and their own private dock.The property is dirt road access.–> Property is conveniently located 20 min away from Pillsbury State park and 50 min from KeeneIMPORTANT INFO:–> The owner lives next door and occasionally needs access to the garage which is accessible from outside. Besides that guest have complete privacy and access to the lake and their own private dock.–> Guest have access to Private association beach which is adjacent to property. You can see it in the pictures.–> Make sure to take a picture or print check-in instructions and Wi-Fi info before leaving home as there is no cell service. Also might be a good idea to print directions.–> This is a rural area and bears are occasionally seen. Please be aware and keep all food inside the home and trash in designated bins.–> Make sure you come in through the Washington side of the lake. If you come in through Stoddard you will have to turn around and go all the way around the lake.–> The property has an improved dirt road access.–> Make sure to bring your groceries on the way in as the nearest grocery store is 30 mins away in Hillsborough and there is a convenience store 15 min away in Washington.–> Note the lawn is professionally maintained weekly please be advised that a Gardner could stop by to take care of the lawn during your stay.VERY IMPORTANT:–> IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
