It’s conveniently located just 8.7 miles from The State University of New York at New Paltz.The spaceThe newly built house was never lived in, and now this sparking, spacious two level is available for the first time.The main level has a gourmet kitchen with every amenity, with a huge peninsula for those who want to sit and share the space with the cook. The dining area is adjacent with access to a large deck for BBQ grilling and relaxing, overlooking the large garden.The open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room has a gas fireplace, large television, and tons of seating. It’s easy for all three areas to join together in conversation and gathering. Opening the French doors onto the second story deck brings the gathering outside.The principal Queen bedroom suite is on this level, and has a huge bathroom with stone floored shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. This room also has its own tv.Two Queen size bedrooms are on the opposite end of this floor. All bedrooms have large windows with very pretty views looking out to trees and greenery. Next to these bedrooms is a family bathroom with a tub / shower combo.Downstairs is a massive private suite with a Queen size bed, a large sitting area with a television, its own bathroom with shower, and private access to the garden through French doors.
