Within approx. 20 minute drive you can reach attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld.The ground floor of the house provides a family room with vaulted ceiling, dining room, kitchen with dining area, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an extra half bathroom with wc and hand basin. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have a walk-in closet and TV.When you are not out enjoying Orlando’s wonderful attractions or one of the fabulous golf courses, you can enjoy life in the sun by the large pool, which is surrounded by a mosquito net. The south west facing pool area enjoys the sun from approx. 10AM to sunset. The spa can be turned into a jacuzzi via a timer on the wall, filling it with bubbles and water heated to 37C / 98F ( should you pay for pool heat ). You can also enjoy life under the covered lanai or indoors where there is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room. In all four bedrooms are also flat screen TVs. There is also complimentary high speed internet access (Wifi) and telephone with free landline calls within USA, UK and Canada.To make it easy for you to pack your travel bags, the house is equipped with all the necessary bedding, towels (for pool and for inside), hairdryers and more.
