The chlorine in saltwater pools is created naturally rather in a man-made fashion, you won’t have the same harsh chlorine smell. Though you’ll feel like you’re far from civilization, this area sits just a few minutes’ drive from shops and restaurants in Joshua Tree Village and Yucca Valley. Joshua Tree BLM stretches (South) behind the house providing an escapers dream with the natural desert landscape, native flora and active wildlife. The Highlands community have beautiful vistas, quiet days and dark star-filled nights. In short, a contemplative alternative to the noise, bustle, and visual clutter of urban life.Getting Around:This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.Interaction with Guests:Our property manager, Homestead Modern, is local and has staff available from 9am-9pm.
