Large pool deck has sun all day. Saltwater pool. Optional heating at extra cost.Fully furnished. Fully equipped. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.Can accommodate up to 8 people.Two master bedrooms. One has a King, the other a Queen bed. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each which can be combined to make two additional queen beds.Large flat screen tv, Xfinity cable, hi-speed internet, second TV in MBR.Spacious (2,550 sq.Ft), one story.Heated community pools, tennis courts, pickleball and play area.Naples is the happiest town in the U.S. with the highest density of golf courses.Beach chairs available at the property.***$100 HOA application fee is NOT included in the rent and will need to be sent additionally upon booking.
