The popular Vintage model is a split floorplan-2 equal-sized bedrooms each with Cal King beds that are attached by a central living room. Each bedroom and the living room have access to the spacious patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. Casa de Descanso boasts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, garage parking, plush linens and towels, hi-speed internet, in-unit washer/dryer, propane BBQ, FIOS TV in each room and a home office printer. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Enjoy using the 2 beach cruiser bikes that are provided. The condo is situated on the golf course with north-facing mountain & sunset views!Pickleball open-The pickleball and tennis courts are privately owned and require a weekly membership to use. Use fees are approximately $50 per week and $100 per month per guest. Please reach out to the host regarding the additional benefits these fees include.Per local regulations, guests must be willing to meet a local representative for access to the property.This is a strictly NON- SMOKING property.
