Beautiful setting under the Flatirons on the University Hill, just 2 blks from Chautauqua Park and all the hiking opportunities. 10 minute walk to CU campus. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our 1904 Craftsman style home. This is your own private space with a separate entrance. If you’re looking to explore Boulder and everything that it has to offer, our apartment is perfect for you.The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen – NO STOVE, we do have a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot pot (water only) and dishes/utensils.- WiFi- 40″ TV with complimentary YouTube TV, TV has Roku so you can stream other serices you may have.- Comfortable queen bed with pillows and bed linens- Bathroom with shower(claw foot tub), quality towels, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.Vrbo Guests Only:For everyone’s safety, extra guests beyond those in the reservation are not allowed on the property. To clarify what that means: if you’re visiting family/friends in the area, those visits need to be at their homes.Please know there is no parking on our street. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that all of our guests not park on our street as there is just enough parking for the residents who live here. Parking is available just 3 houses away (about 150′) from the house.Regarding Vrbo guest only and parking policy, if you are not comfortable with these then we would recommend you find another host/space.
