Covered balcony on 2nd floor living area runs the full width of the house and has a new wrap-around, open deck on the lake side for more privacy and great views of the Texas Hill County. Lots of stars out here to gaze at too! Watch all the deer in our vacant lot next door from the balcony!Lago Vista has 7 waterfront, gated parks for residents and guests only, along with 3 boat ramps in the neighborhood (currently closed due to low lake level), a fishing well, as well as a neighborhood pool, a new gym, tennis and pickle ball courts to use during your stay.If you like to play golf, Lago Vista Golf Club is in the neighborhood and one of the fairways is across the street from the house.
