Summary:Hilltop Tower is an unique one bedroom hideaway located in just minutes to Torrey Pines State Beach. Conveniently located near the Village of Del Mar, Torrey Pines State Park and easy access to the 5 freeway makes this an ideal spot for a quick visit or extended stay. Nestled into the sandstone hillside, the 2 story Tower provides beautiful views of the ocean, trees and great bird watching!The Space:The Tower has a unique layout with the primary bedroom located separately on the lower level. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette (refrigerator/sink/coffee) and laundry. Upstairs (must use outside staircase) is the living area, full size bathroom, kitchen with cooktop, sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster oven. You can enjoy the views from the upstairs living area and the outdoor patio. The Tower is a separate building located on a larger parcel. It is completely separate and there are not shared spaces. You have a dedicated parking space.Downstairs: 1 King Bed, Full bathroom, Kitchenette, washer and dryerUpstairs: Living Room, Full bathroom, Kitchen, outdoor patioGuest Access:Full and exclusive space to the TowerThe Neighborhood:The Terraces neighborhood are homes tucked into the hillside, the road winds up to the top, where the tower is located.Getting Around:Car, Lyft or Uber. Walking is great if you are up for the climb.Other Things to Note:Stairs! A lot of them!Bedroom and living room are two SEPARATE SPACES, you will go outside to access either room.Quite Hours of 10pm – 7amInteraction with Guests:I am available by text or phone and live nearby should the guest need assistance.
