(OPTIONAL)* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy.
