The lounge areas are perfect for daytime sunning or evening sunset cocktails. A fine misting system further enhances your enjoyment of this area. The Pool also features easy-to-use phone-based automation and a fun color lighting system so you can select the perfect color to match your mood.Enter through the front door and you see the large, open living room. Plenty of seating will make everyone comfortable and walls of glass on both sides gives every seat a front row seat of either pool, Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains or the fairway greens. The new 65″ Roku TV on the wall makes it easy for everyone to see the show. FYI, it’s AirPlay-ready.Circling around the gas fireplace is the dining area and convenient counter sideboard. This leads to the fully stocked galley kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to make a late night snack or a holiday feast. There’s even a Vertuo Nespresso machine for the coffee fans.Off the back of house, along the North side of the house, you will take full advantage of the fairway views: nearly 180 degrees of the tree-dotted greens and the Santa Rosa mountains in the distance. Outdoor dining under the covered patio, grill nearby and this leads to the lawn on the Eastern side of the house. Grass, room for games including the full-size Bocce Court.The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. Inside the front door, to the right (on the East side of the house), you’ll find the guest wing. Three bedrooms — one king bed, two queen beds, each with sitting area and TV’s — will share a bright hallway bath with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo. The beautifully bright king bedroom in this wing features walls of glass that frame the views of the side yard and fairway. Separated on the other side of the house, on the West side, is the primary suite. You will find a luxurious king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, a desk for those zoom calls, a comfortable sofa area to read a book, and another large TV. There are sliders that lead out to private side terrace with seating and walkway access to the pool.Optional Pool Heating Fee is $79/Night, and recommended from late October through early June.Optional Child Fencing around the pool is available for a $300 Pool Fence Fee (+ tax) which covers rental, transport/setup/take down.This Dog Friendly home allows up to 2 of your furry family members; $150 per Dog Fee applies unless s/he is an Official Service Dog. Either way Dog(s) must be disclosed in advance.Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).Indian Canyons is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. On the South end of town, and wind-free, this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside in not permitted and the pool noise “curfew” is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like bachelorette parties and weddings are not allowed.
