Little Oatlands is an historic 180 acre estate located amidst the rolling fields and woodlands of the famed Virginia hunt country between Leesburg and Middleburg.The property features a six-bedroom, five and a half bath main house equipped with central air, WiFi access and satellite TV; a tennis court and swimming pool (unheated, closed between late September and early May); extensively landscaped lawns and grounds; and an award-winning two-acre formal garden.The property is situated at the top of a gentle rise, affording sweeping and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and other amenities of the historic towns of Leesburg and Middleburg; a thirty minute drive to Dulles International Airport; and an hour’s drive from Washington, D.C.Weddings and other events/parties are permitted on terms specified in advance written agreement with Owner. Our three night minimum stay requirement does not apply to weddings and wedding weekends. Ask Owner for details.
