Our home is in the heart of Richmond’s historic district in Church Hill, the oldest neighborhood in the city. The house was built in 1842 and we have recently completed a renovation. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with queen-sized beds. Downstairs there is a sitting room and the new ikea kitchen (gas cooker and dishwasher) with mid-century furniture. A lower floor features a large lounge with internet tv and another bathroom (and laundry and workout equipment); lower floor could also used as a bedroom. Back of house has a large raised deck (not overlooked) looking out on a large private garden.
