Built in 1856, this stately historic home has been fully restored and renovated to have all the modern conveniences with the charm of original heart-pine floors and brick fireplaces (decorative only now). Located just north of Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space, Cotton Manor has everything you’ll need for a truly luxurious stay in the Hostess City.Large windows throughout the home let in an abundance of natural light with plantation shutters for privacy. The open dining and living space has plenty of comfortable seating, so you can relax after a day of sightseeing or plan your next adventure. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed with beautiful solid wood frame, floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the balcony, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has comfortable a Queen-sized sleigh bed to curl up in after a long day of exploring Savannah. The second bathroom sits just outside the door in the hallway. The third bedroom can be found just off of the living room, that features a comfortable murphy bed, and access to the front courtyard.This home is perfect for those who want to explore the city by foot. A short walk north through Calhoun Square will take you to Clary’s Cafe, the setting for several breakfast scenes in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
