This charming home sleeps eight and has three spacious bedrooms as well as a finished attic loft with two twin beds. The house has three steep staircases and is not suited for those with mobility challenges. There are three full bathrooms – two on the second floor and one in the finished basement as well as a half bath on the first floor.The spacious living room boasts harbor views from every window, a new 43” smart TV, and an adjoining open deck overlooking the harbor. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances provides everything you’ll need to enjoy cooking memorable meals. The formal dining room seats up to eight and a breakfast nook seats four. The second-floor primary captain’s bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and beautiful sweeping harbor views and is complemented by a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience as well as a smart TV. Our second queen-size bedroom exudes charm with a hand-painted forest mural, while the cozy third queen-size bedroom features local B&W photography and a painted ceiling. These two bedrooms share a bathroom complete with an original clawfoot tub and shower capabilities.For families with children, a finished basement area provides ample space for entertainment and relaxation with a 55” smart TV and sectional sofa, game table, and record player. Outside, the lower deck offers a serene spot to unwind, while an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a small kitchenette area equipped for refreshments, ensure every need is met.
