It has been renovated, and furnished in keeping with a classic, coastal New England feel. It is well equipped with modern amenities and has a lovely 1 BR/1 BA cottage with a separate kitchen. Just a quick walk from our Historic Downtown, this home offers beautiful river views and easy access to all things Mystic. There is plenty of parking and potential for a fabulous New England getaway.Sure, we’re biased. But this house has the best of both worlds: sunlit indoor rooms, meticulously restored and furnished to embrace it’s history with a funky twist, and there is plenty of outdoor space for entertaining, reading, or just lying around. There are great views of the Mystic River. Both kitchens are fully stocked with all the basics and equipment you need. In addition, we have items like, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar. Plenty of condiments and basics. You have access to the main house and the cottage. The main house (Captain’s House) has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Separate from the main house you can enjoy our lovely cottage (School House) with a queen size bed and a full bathroom on the second floor. The cottage, a restored, historic school house, also has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The entire home has WI-FI, smart TVs, and an Amazon Alexa/Sonos system. The family and dining rooms are spacious and cozy, and a great place to enjoy gathering with family and friends. We are located on the river, across from the Seaport and very near the famous drawbridge. There are three ways to reserve this quintessential coastal New England getaway. The main house, the cottage, or both together. see our Profile page.Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire property, which includes the main house, with three bedrooms and a full bathroom (The Captain’s Cabin (Master Bedroom) and full bath on the 1st floor, two bedrooms and a full bathroom on 2nd floor).
