Charming Craftsman with beautiful woodwork in a great neighborhood on the north side of town. Our home is just two short blocks from Lake Michigan and four blocks to downtown shops, restaurants, art galleries, marina district and East Park that hosts numerous concerts throughout the summer and fall. Enjoy Fisherman’s Island State Park, hiking and biking trails, boating, and breathtaking sunsets from the beach two blocks away. Charlevoix has many scenic public golf courses along with quaint small towns such as Harbor Springs, Mackinac City, Boyne Mountain & Highlands Resorts which are only a 30-60 minute drive.Other amenities include a new spacious kitchen, refinished original hardwood floors throughout, high quality mission style furnishings and decor, and kid-friendly hangout spaces. The lower level lounge has a flat screen tv, foosball table and washer & dryer.The outdoor living space features a large fenced in backyard with a grill, paver patios and deck with plenty of seating perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
