The building, which was built in 1860, is located above Banana Republic.Open the door to this 4th floor condo and take in the exposed brick throughout and orginial hardwood floors. Bring groceries and cook a meal in the expansive kitchen with full sized side by side refrigerator, flat top stove, oven, microwave and oversized sink. There is also a large island for preparations. The open floor plan means you can chat with people in the living room while you are in the kitchen. The living room features a huge L-shaped leather couch and flat screen TV. Windows offer perfect natural light and city views.The first bedroom is the master and features a king bed with ensuite bath. The bath has a large tub with shower and two sinks. Washer/dryer is also located in this bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and built in desk and book shelf. The second bathroom is located across from the second bedroom and has a walk in shower.There are two twin rollaway beds located in the master bedroom closet. Your best bet for parking will be at the Robinson Parking Garage (maximum daily rates are $14 M-Th and $17 Friday) located at 132 Montgomery Street, about a block away. You could also park on the street if you find a spot and download the Park Savannah App and pay through the app. If you park on the street pay attention to street sweeping signs and make sure to move your vehicles to the opposite side of the street on the affected nights.
