This historic Cape May cottage, built in 1890 and renovated in 2015, has four units. Unit 4 has two parking spaces, a private rear entrance, and occupies half of the second and third floor of the house. Bed sheets, bathroom towels, and six beach chairs and an umbrella included!The second floor contains a spacious living room with fireplace, two sofa beds and a dining area. There is also a large eat in kitchen, a full bath and a private bedroom with queen bed. There is a second entrance off the kitchen which includes a bistro table with seating for two.On the third floor you will find the large open concept master bedroom, with a queen bed with trundle bed underneath, reading nook, and TV. There is also a small full bath with shower, a separate laundry room, and a tucked away desk and work area.Outside there is a picnic table and a barbeque grill to be shared with the renters of the other condos in the building. There is also a storage box outside where you can find the six beach chairs and umbrella.*Please be advised that VRBO’s default description for a room with sofa beds in it is to label it a bedroom. This property is in fact a 2 bedroom property with two additional sofa beds in the living room and not a 3 bedroom property as described by VRBO in places in this listing.*
