This house has surprising privacy for a village home on Chestnut St., and is within walking distance of both the beach and town.The master suit is on the ground floor and looks out towards the garden. The 2 additional bedrooms are on the second floor and share a family bath. Both upstairs bedrooms have seasonal views of the ocean. The main level is open plan with plenty of space and nooks to relax in.The front porch will beckon you for your morning coffee and the patio at the rear is perfect for lunch and evening dining. There is also a large dinning table for family dining.Help yourself to home grown fruits and vegetables. Depending on the time of year, we will have fresh strawberries and blueberries, peas, beans, lettuce and cucumbers and other produce that varies year to year. Pick your salad from the garden , grab a lobster from the fish market and fire up the grill!Off street parking is available for 2/3 cars.Crib or pack and play are available for small children.Please no pets, service dogs considered at an addition charge.
