It has a wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy the feel of a day in the past.The backyard has a private secluded area surrounded by old elm trees.The location is perfect for a stroll down Mount Vernon st or a quick walk downtown to the restaurants and fun events.This Cottage has been remodeled this year and has a brand new kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a split floor plan. The living , dining and kitchen is open and is beautifully decorated. Homeowner is a designer and has created a beautiful, comfortable space you will never want to leave.The kitchen has every emenity you can think of and is a wonderful area to enjoy.
