Half bath is located directly off of the kitchen and living room space.A second living area is located on the second floor along with a sleeper sofa, a full bath featuring a large soaking tub and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.Three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the 3rd level. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and the third has two twin sized beds. There is an additional reading nook in the hall that has a full-sized bed.Parking: One off-street parking space is provided.
