The recently remodeled cottage was originally a miners home in the late 1800s. The home is also less then a 10 minute walk to Santa Rita Park and the Animas River (with great fishing and a 5 mile trail along the river).The home features great outdoor space including a front porch and large fenced backyard with seating and a BBQ grill. There is also off street parking for 2 cars.
