Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of an island getaway.Getting Around:Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a brisk walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!Other Things to Note:HOUSE DISCLOSURES–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the home is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!–The hot tub is open for year round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.–We do not accept CashApp or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.–Pets are not allowed at this property.–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.Interaction with Guests:You will have complete privacy here.
