With its refinished, all original floors, high ceilings, forced air gas, central air conditioning, gas barbecue, lots of parking, and wrap around porch, the house has a historical feel with modern comforts. The porch provides two hanging swings and a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains, along with the feel of a gentle breeze on a hot summer day.This is a family neighborhood. Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.Will ONLY Consider dogs that do not shed (allergies). Do not request to book if your dog sheds.Main floor: Living room, dining room, open concept kitchen, full laundry.The kitchen has a gas stove, all new Kraft Made Cabinetry, Silestone countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.Main floor bedroom 1: En-suite with king bed.Upstairs bedroom 2: Shared en-suite with king bed.Upstairs bedroom 3: New queen chaise daybed and new single pull-out love seat. With home entertainment and views of the mountains, this room is also used as a second living room.Upstairs office: Large desk and new queen pull-out couch.Both bathrooms have all new floors and fixtures, the bathroom on the main floor holds a 8’x3′ shower with a glass door, and the upstairs bathroom contains refinished, antique claw-foot tub with shower.For home entertainment, the house contains two new 55” widescreen TVs with Netflix and HDMI cable to plug your computer into the TV.
