Welcome to our historic, fully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2 bath home near downtown Ludington! The Historic Emily Filer Home was built in 1880 and has been fully renovated and is ready for your vacation. This fantastically located house is just blocks from downtown and the beach! Enjoy strolling to a restaurant for breakfast, spending the day shopping, enjoying Lake Michigan, or visiting one of two lighthouses! Return to the house in the evening to cook a meal in the fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or use the gas grill on the deck. Finally, as the sun sets, relax on the patio with a favorite beverage and chat with loved ones around the fire pit. Take a stroll downtown for a coffee at Red Rooster Coffee, or a beer and famous “Lobster Nachos” at the Blu Moon on James Street. Continue exploring the walking paths along the Ludington Marina, and Waterfront Park- a favorite play place for kids.
