You and your guests will spend your vacation with the smell of salt air and the beach just steps from your front door.The main floor features the eat-in kitchen, living room, sun porch, a full bath and a bedroom with a 1 queen bed and 1 futon. There is a half bathroom on the landing between the main and second floors. The second floor features another full bathroom, and three more bedrooms: one w/ 1 queen and two w/ 1 queen and 1 twin. The whole house including all bedrooms is kept cool by ductless AC units.Just a few yards from the front door, one of the most sough-after beaches in Falmouth awaits.Return home and rinse off in your outdoor shower before heading to the many amenities downtown Falmouth offers. Planing on running the Falmouth Road Race? This home is perfect for your cheer squad as the route is just by this home.All bed linens are provided for you. Tenants bring their own bath and beach towels for their stay. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven night minimum rentals. No pets allowed. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
