Historic Holle House was built in 1910 in the Four Square American Movement style and has many unique features. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and now it can be yours! This private apartment located on the second floor, has it’s own separate entrance and huge covered porch, but can be rented in conjunction with the first floor space, to accommodate groups as large as sixteen guests. When rented with the first floor, it is offered with a discounted price. If rented alone, it can sleep five to seven guests. It has a very large living room with a day bed, two comfortable chairs, a desk, flat screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and a portable CD player. A deluxe queen airbed can also be set up in the living room as well. The first bedroom has a full size bed, and dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds. and a flat screen TV with cable. The upstairs space also has a kitchen with full size range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and programmable coffee pot. There is a nice dining room area as well. A delicious breakfast is always included. The entire apartment within the home is approximately 1100 square feet, plus has a huge covered porch with swing, chairs and tables.We love having pets (housebroken and pest free, please) and children and have a gate available if needed. We can also provide a high chair.
