Stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, Italian 2 oven convection stove, and double door refrigerator with ice maker. Everything you need for cooking is provided, pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, platters, casserole dishes, plates, glasses, including wine glasses. Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods, blender, toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer. Spices, flour, sugar, oil, tea bags, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. LG Steam front loading washer and dryer in the house. We have many toys including a train table ,play kitchen, family games, dolls, puppet theater, books, dress up clothes.A large dining room table plus booster seats and a highchair.Upstairs is the Elegant Master Retreat with two pedestal sinks, toilet, shower and bathtub. The bed is a Sleep Number fully adjustable California King . Armoire has a 27 inch flat screen HDTV.Additional Bedrooms and Bathroom: The two additional bedrooms are downstairs. One bedroom has a California King size bed and flat screen TV, the other has a Queen size bed and a twin.Memory foam mattress toppers and high thread count sheets with extra pillows. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. We can also provide a toddler bed and a portable crib. The second full bathroom has a pedestal sink and deep soaking claw foot bathtub. Tub also has a shower head and a hand held shower fixture. Each bathroom has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, and cotton balls. For your convenience we also have a highchair, booster seat, pack and play, safety gates, bathtub toys and a Sit N Stand stroller. Off street gated parking and full use of the 10,000 sq. ft property. There is a ring door bell located by the front door.Activities: Beautiful beaches are located only 30 minutes away. We have beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, and sand toys for your use. Restaurants, Packing House Food Hall, Art Galleries, Museums, Ice Skating, Farmers Market, Parks, Starbucks, and Anaheim Brewery all within walking distance.
