Just steps from shops, restaurants, beaches and parks, you couldn’t ask for a better location!Built in 1860, the house is boasting with charm, but with all the modern amenities! Two large smart TVs, fast wifi, modern, updated bathrooms, designated workspace, newly renovated chef’s kitchen with induction cooktop and fully stocked with all the tools you could need, and even AC (which you won’t see a lot of in Marblehead)!The basement “bonus” space is perfect for families or entertaining, stocked with a TV, toys, games and more. Head out to the private back patio to enjoy the beautiful garden and grill up a nice meal!
